The fez cooking class tour; starts from the local market, shopping the ingredients and the spices we need, vegetables, beef, fish, fruits , chicken, and the Moroccan spices such as , Ginger, black pepper , white pepper ,cumin , cinnamon ,sweet and hot paprika, saffron threads, turmeric, nutmeg ,fenugreek , coriander, thyme and garlic . Afterward, we will be taking our ingredients to the Moroccan kitchen; where our native Master Chefs who will present to you the dishes you are going to make. The most popular Moroccan dishes are; Couscous, Tagine and salad (the Moroccan salad varies from others; Zaalouk, for instance, is spicy a little bit but tastier). Then we are going to make you bake some bread, the kind you eat and like. Finally, after a tiring morning in the kitchen, we will let you rest & enjoy the food you made.
